Step 01
Order a box, or send tapes in your own. Every format accepted — VHS, VHS-C, MiniDV, Hi8, and more.
Step 02
Frame by frame, checked as it goes — no shortcuts, no unsupervised AI upscaling unless you ask for it.
Step 03
Digital files or a keepsake drive, plus your original tapes returned safe.
Who We Are
We started in a spare room with one deck and a box of our own family's tapes. Years later, every transfer still gets watched by a person before it ships — never a queue, never an algorithm alone.
Why us
Preserve
Tape degrades a little more every year it sits in a loft — mould, magnetic dropout, machines that are slowly dying out. Once transferred, your memories stop ageing.
Access
Once digitised, your films play on anything — phone, laptop, the TV in the front room. Share a link with the whole family instead of passing round a single tape.
Safety
Every tape is logged, handled by hand, and checked before it goes anywhere. Your originals come back to you alongside the new files — nothing is ever thrown away.
